Menu Planning Monday 2013-06-03

This week has gone by in a blur. Unfortunately, the menu plan was not followed very well. We had an issue with some produce spoiling too quickly, and then a unusual reaction to a mosquito bite (swollen ear anyone?), followed by a bout of a stomach bug by one of the kids. But I always maintain that the menu plan is there to help me, not control me. If we have to change it because the sick one can't handle anything but sandwiches, then so be it.
Monday: Mexican Pulled Pork (Carnitas) in the Slowcooker
Tuesday: Mango Lime Tilapia and Juiced up Carrots
Wednesday: Chicken Nuggets and Mashed Potatoes
Thursday: Quick Parmesan Pasta with Chicken
Friday: My oldest is going to graduate from Pre-K so we'll just grab something quick...probably sandwiches
Saturday: Hot Dogs and Roasted Corn
Sunday: Leftovers
