Kick'n Roasted Potatoes

We all have our "thing" when it comes to eating. My husband, well he has a thing for spices. So we have a lot of spices in our spice rack--a lot of spice mixes in particular. I mean, even if I'm making grilled cheese sandwiches, he always asks, "Did you put spices in it?" So when I'm looking to find something to spice up a dish, I'm rarely disappointed, and if I do spice up the meal, he's happy.
One evening, I wanted to make some roasted potatoes, and wanted something a little spicier than usual. I decided to try Weber's Kick'n Chicken spice mix, figuring that the potatoes would help neutralize some of the spiciness for the kids, while satisfying my cravings....and I was right! I served this with a little sour cream mixed with garlic powder, and it was very yummy and crispy! By the way, this isn't a sponsored post, I just liked this spice mix.
5 lb new potatoes, cut in 1 inch pieces
1/3 cup olive oil
1 Tbsp Kick'n Chicken spice mix by Weber
Mix oil and spice mix, then toss mixture with potatoes.
Roast in a 400 degree oven for 30 minutes, or until nice and crispy on the outside, and done on the inside. Serve with cheese or sour cream if desired.
