Since it's time to celebrate America's independence this week, I thought I'd do a different kind of menu plan. Most folks I know do some sort of cook out, pot luck, or picnic to celebrate Independence Day, so instead of my regular menu plan, I thought I'd share seven dishes that are perfect for that sort of event:
