Menu Planning Monday 2016-04-11

Y'all. I had every intent to blog like normal last week. However, the stomach bug that hit my kids last weekend kept hitting them and took my husband down for the count, too. I literally didn't have a full nights sleep for over a week and my laundry kept piling up as a result of the bug, too. Combine that with a major deadline at work coming up this week, and I just simply didn't have much extra time. I'm hoping to share a simple project this week, but in the the meantime, let's just talk meal planning? Obviously, our meal plan went out the window because I was the only person eating normal food all week. I have to say that I'm pretty excited to have flavor again.

Here's the plan for the week:

Monday: Fried Rice
Tuesday: Tacos with hidden veggies, Fruit

Wednesday: Parmesan Pepper Sausage Pasta

Thursday: Breakfast for Dinner, Fruit
Friday: Hamburgers on the Grill
Saturday: Roasted Vegetable Penne, Salad, Bread

Sunday: Leftovers
