Happy menu planning day! This weekend was awesome - my husband and I got to go to New York City! If you want to find out more, you should check out my instagram feed. But it's time to get back to the grind of the work week. Here's the plan for dinner:



Monday: Hot dogs, salad and tater tots
Tuesday: Chicken Quesadillas, Fruit
Wednesday: Pasta with dressed up sauce
Thursday: Sausage and Mexican Corn Salad


Friday: Chicken Nuggets and Fruit
Saturday: Dinner with extended family
Sunday: Italian Sausage and Bean Soup
