Menu planning Monday 2105-09-14

Hi everyone! How are you doing today? Are you enjoying the kick off weekend for football? My husband and I do fantasy football so it adds some extra craziness to opening weekend! At least this year, we are on separate leagues - we learned our lesson from last year. But in addition to NFL kicking off this week, we also kicked off soccer season for all the kids. Needless to say, we no longer have a Saturday morning to run any errands. So it's even more important for me to have a meal plan (and flexibility within that schedule) so that I stay sane and have food on the table!

Here's the plan for the week:

Monday: Crockpot Chili with Cocoa,  (this hasn't happened several weeks in a row--I'm determined to have it this week!

Tuesday: Sunday:  Apple Sausage Bean Hash, Bread, Salad

Wednesday: Leftovers
Thursday: Meatball Sandwiches with these meatballs, carrots

Friday: Chicken Tortilla Soup - I think we're going to do a crockpot version.

Saturday: Tacos with Squash

Sunday: Steak, Baked Potatoes & salad
