Menu Planning Monday 2015-08-03

Hey folks!! It's menu planning time, but first, a quick update for all of ya'll: I'm starting to do some updates to Architecture of a Mom. It's nothing huge, but it involves several small updates that will change the way things look, and there may be a couple of brief windows of time over then next couple of weeks when the blog may be down or look wonky. Please don't hold it against me, ok? Also, I'm changing how I'm sending out email subscriptions, so if something isn't working quite right, please, please let me know, ok? And if you want to get emails in your inbox from Architecture of a Mom, please just click the link in the sidebar! Thanks a bunch. And now, back to your regularly scheduled menu plan for the week!




 It's supposed to be another super hot week this week, and in addition, it looks like another bust week at work for me and my husband. (I sometimes feel like I'm a broken record when it comes to this). Anyway, we are blessed that we have some leftovers from the weekend, so hopefully we'll be able to use the crockpot & grill to keep the house from being too hot!


Here's the plan:
Monday: Leftover Steak Fajitas, Fruit
Tuesday: Parmesan Chive Tilapia, Broccoli with Cheese, Bread (because we didn't have it this week)



Wednesday: Grilled Pork Chops and Grilled Peaches with Salad and Bread
Thursday: Crockpot Salsa Chicken on Tortillas, Salad
Friday: Leftovers
Saturday: Beef Ribs (if I can convince my brother-in-law to teach me how to cook them because I'm intimidated)...or something else on the grill, with salad and seasonal veggies, also on the grill.
Sunday: Italian Chicken Rollup, Salad (again, because we didn't have it this past week)
