It's time for another Menu Plan! Why do I menu plan? Well, if you've made a resolution to eat healthier or be more organized, menu planning is a good place to start! A menu plan helps to make sure that you eat a balanced meal, and it also saves time--no last minute scrambling at mealtime! It also saves money (because you can plan around sales) and you end up having more variety because you can look back and see what you've had for dinner over the past few weeks! For example, I realized that we haven't had Asian Sausage in a while--so we're definitely adding that to our rotation again this week!

Here's the plan for the week:
Monday: Slowcooker Mexican Pulled Pork (Carnitas)


Tuesday: Asian Sausage
Wednesday: Pizza Rolls

Thursday: Spaghetti with Dressed Up Sauce
Friday: A special dinner for my dear husband! It's his birthday!
Saturday: Leftovers
Sunday: Barbecue Chicken Pizza
