Barbecue Chicken Pizza
9:33:00 PM
I'm always looking for a meal that is easy and quick. This is a simple weeknight recipe that uses up leftover chicken and pantry staples. If you want, it can be completely homemade...or it can use convenience items from your grocery store!
Barbecue Chicken Pizza
Ingredients:
1 lb pizza dough (you can use premade or storebought)
1 cup cooked, shredded chicken
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 cup shredded Italian cheese blend
Preheat oven to 400F. Spread pizza dough on a pizza pan. Bake with no toppings for 10 minutes.
While the crust is baking, mix chicken, barbecue sauce, and pepper. Spread mixture over crust.
Sprinkle cheese over the chicken mixture.
Bake for 10 more minutes, or until cheese is melted.
Serve with fresh fruit.
