I don't know about you, but when autumn arrives, I want to bake. I don't know if with cooler weather it doesn't seem so overwhelming to turn on the weather, but I just love it. This week, I've found some fun baking recipes that I want to try this fall!

Chocolate Chip Banana Bread from LouLou Girls sounds amazing - I mean really? Chocolate makes everything better, obviously. And if you're looking for a pint sized way to enjoy an apple orchard's bounty, then these Easy Apple Pie Bites from Lolly Jane are perfect (I know my kids love individual portion anything, so we need to try these - stat!). And if cobbler is more your speed (I usually go this route because I can't always bother with making a real pie crust, then the Gracious Wife's Apple Cobbler should do! I'm also loving the Country Chic Cottage's Chess Squares. I grew up with my mom making a similar recipe - I think it's time to make some this weekend!
