Some of My Favorite Fall Things & Finding Fall Link Party
10:00:00 AM
I love fall....don't you? Sometimes, here in the south, it's hard to get in the mood. After all, it's still supposed to be in the upper 80's to low 90s all week long this week. That makes it hard to look for snuggly clothes or make a pumpkin recipe. But I still do...I think it's something about autumn's constant change...the weather, the colors, the holidays that makes me love it so much. What other season (unofficially) starts with cookouts and fun at Labor Day (at least here in the US) and ends (again unofficially--I know what the calendar says) with giving thanks with family and friends for Thanksgiving.
In order to start a celebration of fall, I'm sharing a couple of projects...and then let all of you share fun projects too! Check it out after the break!!
One of my most favorite projects for fall was a sweet wreath I did a few years back...using a yarn wrapped wreath.
When the weather doesn't cooperate with cooler temps, I get my pumpkin fix with my ice pumpkin latte (and I use my keurig to make it!!)
And for a decoration that can go from September through November (because I really don't have time to keep changing decorations every month, I have my pumpkin and apples sign (I love it's gray and not a traditional "fall color"
But now it's time for all of you to shine and help us all with finding fall!
I love to party! Sometimes I link up my posts to Serenity Now, Organizing Junkie, Tidy Mom and these link parties! You should come party with me and check out some awesome new bloggers!
