Strawberry Banana Marshmallow Popsicles

Y'all, I think I'm in trouble. You
know that blogging has entered every facet of your life when your kiddos start
coming up with recipes and telling you that you need to make it for the blog.
My seven year old has been doing this for years, but now my twins are coming up
with recipes all on their own and telling me to make them!! A couple of weeks
ago when I made our Chocolate Banana Marshmallow Push Pops, my youngest (yes,
she's only the youngest by a minute, but she's still my baby) informed me that
I had to make popsicles that had strawberries in the mix...with bananas and
marshmallows! So of course I had to oblige her, and when we ate these
popsicles, she told everybody how this was her popsicles, her recipe!
This is such a simple recipe with
just 3 ingredients: bananas, strawberries, and marshmallows, but they were a huge hit--for my kids and for me!
Here's what you need:
Here's what you need:
8 oz strawberries
2 bananas
1 cup mini marshmallows
Puree strawberries and bananas
together.
We've been using fresh strawberries because they are in season, but you could use frozen strawberries that have been thawed. Fold in mini marshmallows.
Pour into popsicle molds. I used the Ikea popsicle molds and this recipe made 12 popsicles.

Ohh, so yummy! Love how a frozen treat cools things off in the summer!

I love to party! Sometimes I link up my posts to Serenity Now, Organizing Junkie, Tidy Mom and these link parties! You should come party with me and check out some awesome new bloggers!
