Menu Planning Monday: 2015-06-21

Hello everyone! I hope that everyone had a great week! It's been hot as blazes here in Carolina country and I'm glad that a series of storms over the last couple of days has taken the edge off. So instead of 100's, it's low 90's and it almost seems pleasant. I'm seriously going to experiment with main dish salads over the next few weeks--I need to figure out something that will fill us all up and yet not heat us up any more.

Here's my plan for the week:



Monday: my kids have been begging for Chik-fil-A, so I'm thinking we'll be doing that! Meal planning doesn't mean that you don't do fast food. You just plan for it.
Tuesday: Mediterranean Quinoa Salad, Blueberries, Sausages
Wednesday: Crockpot Beef Stew, Salad



Thursday: Leftovers
Friday: Rotisserie Chicken in the Crockpot, Green beans, Corn


Saturday: Hamburgers on the Grill, Fruit, Salad
Sunday: Italian Chicken Rollups (using leftover chicken from Friday), Salad
