I hope that everyone had a wonderful Easter, and if you have kids in school, that you are enjoying your spring break! I'm so glad to have a slightly slower pace this week. I'm off work on Monday, and then with Lil Bit off school, there isn't any homework to contend with this week (yay!).



With weather getting milder this time of year, we're wanting to spend more time outside than in, so I think the meal plan reflects that:

Monday: Sandwiches, carrot sticks, and fruit
Tuesday: Quiche muffins and Fruit
Wednesday: Asian Sausage, Noodles


Thursday: Hawaiian Chicken, Rice, Salad


Friday: Picnic (soccer practice)
Saturday: Mini Meatloaves, Roasted Potatoes, Salad


Sunday: Leftovers
