Frozen Inspired Glitter Monogram Pendants

6:00:00 AM

You might have 3 girls in the house when you're planning your second Frozen inspired birthday party in 6 months. In a few weeks, my twins will turn 4 and they have requested an "Elsa and Anna" birthday party. I'm reusing some items from Lil Bit's birthday party (that "Let it Go, Let it Snow" chalkboard is still on my mantel) but there are some things that I want to be unique for them. And since they are identical twins, I thought it would be nice to make them Frozen inspired necklaces with their initials on them--you know, to help family and friends tell them apart at the party, and over all make them feel special.

This project is super easy, but you have some drying time to contend with--so don't rush! Here's what you need:

Mod Podge Podgeable blanks (or other jewelry blanks)
Mod Podge Podgeable glitter in blue (or other blue glitter)
Mod Podge
Paint brush
Mod Podge Dimensional magic in clear
Silver glitter colored Mod Melt
Letter Mod Mold
Hi-Temp Mini Glue Gun
Ribbon or chain for making into a necklace

Take your blank and paint an even coat of mod podge on it with your paint brush within the bezel.

Apply glitter on mod podge. Allow to dry overnight.

Apply dimensional magic according to package directions. (Don't shake it!) Pop any bubble that appear as soon as you see them with a pin. Allow to dry for 24 hours.

Use a glue gun to melt your mod melts and place into molds. Allow to cool completely.

Once your dimensional magic dries on the blanks, apply a small amount of dimensional magic on the back of the letters and apply the letter to the blank. Allow to dry overnight.

And then you have a simple yet fun and glittery personalized pendant that's perfect for a Frozen birthday party!
