Happy Spring Ya'll!! I hope that it feels like spring where you live. The past few days, it's felt like spring here in Carolina Country, but it doesn't look like winter has given up yet--it looks like we'll have a really cold night for spring--down in the 30's--tomorrow night, so we have another mixed bag this week for a menu plan--from a hearty beef stew tomorrow to a picnic because of soccer by the weekend!

Here's the plan for the week:

Monday: Crockpot Beef Stew,  (we didn't have it last week) Bread


Tuesday: Chicken Chef Salads
Wednesday: Beef Nachos using easy cheesy taco meat
Thursday: I need to drop of my consignment stuff, so we'll probably do something quick like pizza.
Friday: Picnic at Soccer Practice
Saturday: Asian Sausage, Rice

Sunday: Birthday party with family
