Dole Whip Inspired Popsicles

5:30:00 AM

A little over 1 year ago, my sister and I went to Disney World. Oh, we took our husbands and kiddos, too. I hadn't been there since I was a teenager, and my husband and kids had never been there. One of the things that we were told we had to try was the Dole Whip. And on that hot May afternoon in Magic Kingdom, all of us were enchanted by that cool fruity dessert.

There are plenty of knock-off Dole Whip recipes out there. This is not one of those recipes.

Instead, I took the flavors that are in a Dole Whip and made a new dessert: a Dole Whip Inspired Popsicles (because, you know, I'm totally obsessed by popsicles right now).

I think you're going to be amazed at how easy this dessert is—and how you probably have everything you need for this 3 ingredient dessert!

1 20 oz can of crushed pineapple in juice
4 oz of whipped cream (I used the real stuff, from a can, and just eyeballed it)
2 tablespoons of orange juice

Combine all ingredients in a blender, including the pineapple juice. Blend until all ingredients are well combined and the pineapple bits are more of a puree. Pour into your popsicle molds and freeze overnight.

Makes 12 popsicles.

Enjoy!
