Apple Spice Yogurt Dip

I love fruit. It disappears pretty quickly in our house, but sometimes, I crave something a little more with my fruit. This very simple spiced yogurt dip is perfect with apples!




Here's what you need:
1 cup (or more) of vanilla non-fat yogurt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cloves
pinch of nutmeg

Mix ingredients well. Chill. Serve with fruit. If you're worried that your child might not go with the heavier spices, add another cup of yogurt and mix well.

All my girls gobbled up this dip and were asking for more! I'll be making this simple, healthy dip again!
