Happy Easter ya'll. I hope that you are enjoying a long weekend! Unfortunately, a couple of us are a little under the weather over here, so I'm going to be playing it pretty safe this week with the menu plan.
Monday: Sweet Potato Casserole, Brown Sugar and Spice Chicken
Tuesday: Fish Sticks, Corn and Fruit
Wednesday: Breakfast for Dinner
Thursday: Chicken Nuggets, Broccoli
Friday: Spaghetti with Dressed up Sauce
Saturday: Something on the grill
Sunday: Baked Potatoes, Pork chops, Salad, Fruit
