Menu Planning Monday 2013-01-21
7:21:00 PMI have to admit, this weekend has exhausted me, and I'm not much in the mood to menu plan. I am in the process of reorganizing all my craft supplies and doing up my office. That room is a complete mess. In addition, we rearranged our bedroom to better accept a new piece of furniture.
Basically, our house chaos right now.
With that said, I know that when I don't feel like menu planning is the time I should do it, so here it goes:
Monday: Breakfast for Dinner, Fruit
Tuesday: Asian Sausage, Salad
Wednesday: Chicken Nuggets, Salad, and Twice Baked Potatoes
Thursday: Pizza and Fruit
Friday: Pesto Caprese Chicken, Salad, and Rice
Saturday: Dinner with friends. I am bringing Deviled Eggs
Sunday: Chicken Fried Rice
So, what are you eating this week?

We are having turkey leftovers 5 different ways. I assume it will take 5 days to eat the turkey. Turkey carved. Turkey soup. Turkey salad. Turkey sandwiches. Turkey pizza.

I made deviled eggs for gatherings twice this month already. We call them "party" eggs because really, that's the feeling they conjure up, isn't it!
