Menu Planning Monday 2012-01-14
4:41:00 PM
Ok, so last week I thought I was getting produce. I was wrong. This is the week to get produce. So glad. Hopefully an influx of fruits & vegetables will help kick start my healthy eating!!
In the meantime, I'm going to try to get over my hangups handling whole raw poultry (yeah, there's a reason I only do turkey breast at Thanksgiving) and make a rotisserie type chicken in the crockpot. (If I manage that I plan on sharing it with you for sure!)
Monday: Leftover steak tacos, Salad
Tuesday: Rotisserie Chicken in the Crockpot, applesauce, salad, Juiced up Carrots
Wednesday: Breakfast for Dinner, Fruit
Thursday: Leftover Chicken in Chicken Noodle Soup
Friday: Mini Meatloaves, Salad, Mashed Potatoes
Saturday: Something on the grill, Veggies from Produce Basket
Sunday: Leftovers
So what are you having for dinner this week?
