Menu Planning Monday 2012-11-05

Ok, folks, this is me being real:

I had a stomach bug yesterday, so I'm so not in the mood to think about food.

But the kiddos and the husband, they are still looking at me for what to eat. This is the purpose of meal planning right? To have a plan even when I don't feel like eating. So here's the plan:

Monday: Bok Choi Stir Fry (from the produce basket...not sure how this will go over with the family :-) )
Tuesday: Breakfast for dinner...most likely my Pumpkin Granola, since I just made a batch, and because it's easy...Tuesday evening promises to be crazy.



Wednesday: Spaghetti, Salad & Fruit
Thursday: Chicken Nuggets, Sweet Potato Fries, Fruit
Friday: Nacho Roasted Potatoes, Brown Sugar & Spice Chicken




Saturday: Dinner at a friend's house; I'm bringing Turkey & Cranberry Sauce (I'll share my recipe with you next week!
Sunday: Leftover turkey soup (At least, I'm hoping for some turkey leftovers...)
