Menu Planning Monday 2012-07-01

So in my neck of the woods, it's hot.

Like, walk outside to  check your mail and feel like you're melting kind of hot.

Like, go up in your attic to check something and not be able to breathe kind of hot.

Like, do I really have to heat up the kitchen and cook something kind of hot.

So my plan is to use leftovers and grilling out as much as possible this week as we're celebrating all kinds of things...our nation's birthday, my birthday, and getting ready for my in-laws to come. I can't wait!

Monday: Grill pineapple sausages and squash
Tuesday: Chicken Nuggets and Corn
Wednesday: Fourth of July celebration at a friend's house! We're bringing deviled eggs.



Thursday: Open faced steak and chicken sandwiches (using leftovers!)
Friday: Mini Meatloaves & roasted brocolli



Saturday: Grilled Hamburgers & Corn
Sunday: Leftovers
