With Easter coming this weekend, I am only planning 4 days for this week. We'll be participating in some Easter related stuff next weekend! Yay! I'll share our idea if they work out. But here is the plan for this week:
Monday: Fish sticks, Couscous, Pineapple
Tuesday: Mini Meatloaves from Gretchen at Extraordinary Ordinary Life and Hashbrowns
Wednesday: Leftovers
Thursday: Quesadillas
