Happy Easter! I'm recouperating from our whirlwind trip to the beach for a long weekend. It rained, but we still had loads of fun. But the menu must go on...
I'm going to try to incorporate some fresh herbs from our new herb garden this week, as well! I can't wait.
Here's the plan for the week:
Monday: Roasted Potatoes and Rosemary Parmesan Tilapia
Tuesday: Scrambled Eggs with Chives, Fruit
Wednesday: Spaghetti with Italian Spice Rolls
Thursday: Waffles and Fruit
Friday: Tacos with Hidden Veggies
Sunday: Kabobs, Fruit, Grilled Bread
