Anybody else definitely feeling that the groundhog was right? I live in the south, and yet the weather man is calling for yet another round of winter weather this week. I'm trying to live in the now and just enjoy it...but there's another part of me just wants it to be spring, already! However, since it's not, we're going to be enjoying some warming meals...again!

Monday: Slowcooker Beef and Barley Stew (recipe to come next week, I hope)
Tuesday: Breakfast for Dinner

Wednesday: Chicken Tortilla Soup with Sweet Potatoes


Thursday: Chicken Nuggets, Carrots, Biscuits
Friday: Spaghetti with Dressed Up Sauce (Yes, I know it's Valentines...but we already celebrated )

Saturday: Quesadillas and Fruit
Sunday: Baked Potato Bar
