I'm so excited that spring is in full swing now! We ate dinner outside with my sister's family yesterday, and meals like that just taste better because they are outside.One of the items on our "to-do" list is to set up a picnic table in our backyard, so that we can enjoy the warm Carolina sunshine!

This week is a little slower for us than last week, and I am very glad. Here's hoping for some nice slow evenings for you, too!

Here's the plan for the week:
Monday: Breakfast for Dinner

Tuesday: Fish Sticks and Broccoli
Wednesday: Chicken Nuggets, Corn, and Green Beans
Thursday: Leftovers
Friday: Tacos with some hidden veggies like this recipe (although you never know what veggie might be hidden!)

Saturday: Some kind of meat on the grill with veggies from our produce basket
