Menu Planning Monday 2013-01-07

Every year, some folks at my office have done a weight loss competition. I don't have too much to lose this year, but I'd like to get back down a few pounds, so I've joined in. Last Friday was the first weigh in, so I'm going to try to go a little healthier...more veggies, less snacking. Good thing this week is hopefully going to be the first produce basket of the year. With the holidays, it's been almost a month since we got our last produce delivery.
Here's the plan:
Monday: Tilapia and Mediterranean Roasted Corn, Fruit
Tuesday: Chili in the Crockpot
Wednesday: Chicken Nuggets, Fruit, Sweet Potato Fries
Thursday: Barbecue Meatballs and Green Beans
Friday: Leftovers
Saturday: Steak Dinner for the Birthday Boy (my husband)
Sunday: Mini Meatloaves & veggies from the produce basket
What are you eating this week?

ReplyDeleteDelicious looking menu! I love crockpot chili, I made some this weekend. There will be plenty for lunches all week long.
ReplyDeleteCheck it out to see...I know I'll be cooking steak for my hubby's dinner in March! Got to feed 'em good, huh?
